I recently had the opportunity to sit down with a friend of mine who is a Financial Advisor with Sunlife and talk about the Mortgage insurance.  Terrence Brown, Financial Advisor, disclosed information to me about our traditional Mortgage insurance that didn’t sit well with me hence I interviewed him on video for you and looked around on the internet as well.  There are good arguments to both sides of the story but I’m surprised that such a practice is allowed in the insurance business by the banks.
