I recently had the opportunity to sit down with Don Campbell of REIN Canada and talk about what his projections were for Toronto Real Estate prices. We also talked about what were the factors to consider when reviewing investment appreciation potential.

I took the time to ask him about where he projects to see activity in the coming years in Toronto and which neighborhoods will be hot.
